At PHC Mallets, we use a combination of locally sourced and imported hardwoods to craft high-quality croquet mallets.
Precision-Weighted Mallet Heads
Our mallet heads feature internal periphery weighting, ensuring a smooth and controlled swing. A contrasting color sight-line is inlaid into the body for enhanced accuracy, while the Tufnol end faces—a highly durable reinforced phenolic resin—provide exceptional wear resistance.
Advanced Shaft Design
Players can choose between aluminum or carbon fiber shafts, both engineered for durability and performance. The top portion of the shaft is enclosed in a lightweight wooden sheath, wrapped with polyurethane grip tape, while the lower section is coated in EVA (sponge) for comfort.
The shaft connects to the mallet head via a tapered nylon connector, allowing for easy customization—customers can swap heads or shafts independently, reducing replacement costs. This design also enables flexible shaft orientation, whether North-South, East-West, or anywhere in between. A stiffer aluminum connector is also available for those who prefer a firmer feel.

Introducing the Victa Mallet
Our latest innovation, the Victa Mallet, takes performance to the next level. Designed with strategic cutouts near the center to reduce weight, it features additional end weighting for enhanced balance and stability. These mallets are crafted using 5 to 7 layers of laminated wood, resulting in a visually striking finish and an exceptionally strong head.
